At The Commons, we want you to live your life, your way. That is why we offer a special menu of options, so you can choose what services you need, if and when you want them. As a member, you can simply contact our Property Manager to adjust the services that best fit your lifestyle.
Dining and Delivery Times
Lunch is available to Commons tenants during lunch time Monday through Friday each week. Delivery to the Commons Club Room / Kitchen will be made between 11:45am and noon, and deliveries to tenant’s apartments will immediately follow. Menu substitutions cannot be accommodated.

Housekeeping & Laundry
Our staff is happy to help you with your housekeeping and laundry needs. You can choose a regular schedule where we will help you on a weekly, biweekly or monthly basis. We can also come in every day to tidy up, or help with your spring cleaning. While we are there, we can help with just your housekeeping, just laundry, or both – it is your choice!

Trash Removal
In addition to housekeeping and laundry, we will help keep your home clean and organized by taking out your trash. Our staff will empty your trash receptacles and remove trash from your apartment on a schedule that works for you.

Parking & Storage

Pet Care

In addition, we offer many other services to help you maintain the active lifestyle you desire. We can check on your apartment while you are on vacation and even provide private transportation. A Personal Assistant is also available to help you on an hourly basis with almost any day-to-day needs and can help you get ready to host a party, run errands, accompany you to doctor’s appointments, and more.
